A request is a piece of work. Once a request ticket has been submitted to us and a member of our team has started work this becomes an 'Open Request'. You can have multiple requests open depending on your plan.
Can I submit requests even if I've reached my open requests?
Yes, you can queue your requests. A member of our team will then work on the next request once a previous request has been completed and approved by you.
What if I need more requests than my current plan?
You can upgrade your plan at any time.
How many subscriptions can I have?
You can have one active subscription plan per project. If you need a bigger plan, you can upgrade at any time.
What are the next steps if we want to start a subscription?
Choose a plan, make a payment and we'll get in touch
Who owns the rights to the work?
You own the rights to everything we send over.
What if I want to change my subscription plan?
You can change your subscription any time.
What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription any time. You subscription will then end at the end of the following month.
