What is an open request?

A request becomes open once a request ticket has been submitted to us and a member of our team has started working on it. You can have multiple requests open depending on your plan.

Can I submit requests even if I've reached my open requests?

Yes, you can queue your requests. A member of our team will then work on the next request once a previous request has been completed and approved by you.

What if I need more requests than my current plan?

You can add additional requests to your plan at any time. Contact us to discuss pricing.

Do my unused requests carry over to the next month?

No, requests reset at the end of each month.

How many subscriptions can I have?

You can have one active subscription plan per project. If you need a bigger plan, you can upgrade at any time.

What are the next steps if we want to start a subscription?

Choose a plan, make a payment and we'll get in touch

Who owns the rights to the work?

You own the rights to everything we send over.

What if I want to change my subscription plan?

You can change your subscription any time.

What happens if I want to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription any time. You subscription will then end at the end of the following month.

Is your team based outside the UK?

No, our team is based within the UK and are English speaking specialists. Unlike others, we will never outsource your work to other countries.

Is there any additional costs?

Yes only for the following.

- Workshops that run for more than 1 hour.
- User Research where you require recruiting participants.
